• inflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial region (periodontitis, osteomyelitis, furuncles, abscesses, phlegmons of the maxillofacial region, diseases of the salivary glands);
• post-traumatic, postoperative and post-burn defects and deformities of the soft tissues of face and neck;
• post-traumatic and postoperative deformities of the bones of the facial part of the skull;
• congenital abnormalities and malformations of the maxillofacial region (cleft lip and palate; birth absence, defects and deformities of auricles; craniosynostosis (together with neurosurgeons); vascular head and neck formation);
• ankylosis, arthrosis of the temporomandibular joint;
• diseases of the salivary glands, temporomandibular joint, appendage sinuses of the nose;
• removal of teeth of any degree of complexity (retined, dystopian, super-complete).

• 3D orthopantomography;

Treatment methods:

• eradication of tumor of the maxillofacial region and neck with simultaneous reconstruction and restoration of basic functions;
• microsurgical reconstruction of facial and jaw defects by a complex of own tissues (soft tissues and bone structures);
• principles of minimally invasive surgery (MIS) in operative treatment of the temporomandibular joint, nasal adjutant sinuses;
• removal of teeth of any degree of complexity (retined, dystopian, super-complete);
• tooth-preservation operations;
• frenuloplasty (lips or tongue)
