Born in October 22, 1966

He graduated from the Tomsk Medical Institute in 1990 with a degree in Medical Affairs.

From 09.09.1998 to 2002 - servicing in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Vyacheslav Detkov

Repeated participation in hostilities in the North Caucasus.

He was among the first to be awarded the Order of Courage for courage and heroism shown in the performances of a special task by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 13.01.1996 No. 43.

From 1990 to 1995 - Head of the Medical Service of Part 76 of the VDD of Pskov.

From 1995 to 1998 - Student of the Faculty of Medical Management of the St. Petersburg Military Medical Academy. He graduated with honors.

From 1998 to 2002 - Head of Course of the Faculty of Medical Management of the St. Petersburg Military Medical Academy. Dismissed to the reserve by seniority with the rank of colonel.

From 01.10.2002 to 17.11.2006 - Chief medical officer of the St. Petersburg State University "Children's Sanatorium" Chayka."

From 20.11 2006 to 14.09.2010 - Chief medical officer of the St. Petersburg State University "Children's City Hospital of St. Olga."

From 15.09 to 2010 to 09.12.2013 - Chief medical officer of the St. Petersburg State Health Institution "Children's City Hospital No. 19 named after K.A. Raukhfus."

From 10.12.2013 to 23.06.2014 - Deputy Chairman of the Health Committee of the State Civil Service of St. Petersburg. One of the first to go to the Republic of Crimea to participate in the transfer of charitable assistance to healthcare institutions in the city of Simferopol. He was awarded the gratitude of the Governor of St. Petersburg.

From 24.06.2014 to the present - Chief medical officer of the St. Petersburg State Health Institution "Children's City Multidisciplinary Clinical Health Care Center for High Medical Technologies named after K.A. Rauchfus."

He has more than 50 scientific publications.

Under the leadership of Vyacheslav Detkov, reconstruction was completed in 2010, and the grand opening of the K. A. Raukhfus Children's City Hospital took place.

In the summer of 2011, at the initiative of Vyacheslav Yuryevich, the chapel of St. Peter and Paul was opened and consecrated, and on June 1, 2012, the restored icon of the Kazan Mother of God was returned to its historical place.

At the initiative of Vyacheslav Detkov, a museum of the history of the hospital was opened in November 2012. A solemn event on this occasion was attended by the descendants of Prince P.G. Oldenburg.

On May 31, 2016, the first monument in Russia to "doctors who dedicated their lives to saving children" "Tree of Life," created at the initiative of Vyacheslav Detkov, was unveiled on the territory of the hospital. The opening ceremony of the monument was attended by members of the government of St. Petersburg, as well as E.I.V. Grand Duchess Maria Vladimirovna. In retribution to the Fatherland Vyacheslav Detkov was elevated to the rank of holder of the imperial and tsarist order of St. Stanislav III degree.

Vyacheslav Detkov was awarded more than once with state and government certificates of acknowledgement and commendations.

Vyacheslav Detkov is:

  • A Member of the Regional Headquarters of the All-Russian Social Movement "NARODNYI FRONT" ZA ROSSIYU "in St. Petersburg;
  • A Head of the ONF Social Justice working group in St. Petersburg;
  • A Founder of the Regional Public Organization "Doctors of St. Petersburg."
